Flextro represents on Chilly Hilly 2007

With those cool Flexcar bike jerseys sported en masse, the Flextro Skid Roadies and friends were a persuasive force on the Chilly Hilly on February 25th. Peak moments for me included: 1) packing the car-deck of on the Washington State Ferry with ~500 bicyclists in various neon colors, and 2) at around mile 30, watching a bald eagle flying 20 feet overhead, while already in full view of the city skyline -- a very Seattle urban-nature moment.

The Chilly Hilly, co-sponsored by Flexcar, was also an awesome kickoff for me personally for the Flexcar Washington DC Member Care Center build project. The Flexmojo was in abundance all day -- we got noticed and got good vibes everywhere we went. (Hey, my business uses Flexcar! I love Flexcar! etc.) And, after pedaling ~40 miles in the ~40-degree rain, it was lots easier to ignore 1) the overexcitement and 2) the dude with the loud headphones next to me -- and sleep through the redeye flight to DCA.
